About Elementary Student Activities
The Unionville-Chadds Ford School District (UCFSD) is pleased to offer year two of the Elementary Student Activities Program during the 2025-26 School Year (SY)!
As a District, we find tremendous value in the way that student activities build community, create connections, teach life lessons and help kids to discover their passions.
Eligibility
All elementary students are eligible to participate in the activities offered by their school. Space is limited!
Cost
This year, there is a $12 fee to participate in each elementary activity. After registration, this fee will be added to the student’s PowerSchool account and can be paid through the RevTrak portal. A later communication will explain the steps for payment.

Registration
Registration for the Fall 2025 session is first-come, first-served and is open from Tuesday, September 2 at 3 p.m. through Friday, September 19 via PowerSchool! Fall Session activities will take place from Monday, September 29 - Friday, November 21.
It's important to know that activities are limited. To keep our Elementary Student Activities Program accessible to as many students as possible, we kindly ask that you initially register for one activity per child in the fall session. Once registration is a couple weeks underway, on September 17, we encourage you to check back and consider registering your child for additional activities, as available.
Parents/guardians with an account on our PowerSchool Parent Portal should:
- Visit the Portal,
- Log in,
- Toggle between students at the top left, if applicable,
- Select “Forms” on the lefthand side,
- Select the name of your desired activity to complete the required form fields, including the appropriate option* if applicable,
- Select “Register” and
- Select “Submit.”
Scroll down to the “Calendar” section of the form and click the specific option listed in the calendar. If you do not see the option listed, try using the “List” view. Please note that the calendar will not list all dates, but will list the start date. Once the specific option is selected in the calendar, a pop-up screen will appear which is where you should select “Register”, followed by Submit.
