Student Activities

Registration is first-come, first-served via PowerSchool!

Parents/guardians with an account on our PowerSchool Parent Portal should:

1. Visit the Portal,
2. Log in, 
3. Select “Forms” on the lefthand side, 
4. Select the name of your desired activity to complete the required form fields, including the appropriate option* if applicable, 
5. Select “Register” and 
6. Select “Submit.”

Scroll down to the “Calendar” section of the form and click the specific option listed in the calendar. If you do not see the option listed, try using the “List” view. Please note that the calendar will not list all dates, but will list the start date. Once the specific option is selected in the calendar, a pop-up screen will appear which is where you should select “Register”, followed by Submit.

To create an account: 

1. Visit the Portal, 
2. Select “Create Account” and 
3. Follow the prompts to add your student(s). 

To reset your password or to request your child’s Access ID and Access Password for account creation, call their school Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

At this time, there is no waitlist option for programs. Additional activities will be offered in the future!

Once registration has closed and rosters have been completed, your advisor will contact you. Please communicate directly with them regarding the details of your program and your child’s participation! 

UCFSD will not limit participation in any of our programs or discriminate against any child who registers for a program. The school will provide a nurse and/or PCA, as required per a student’s 504 or IEP.

District transportation is not provided for the Elementary Student Activities Program. Please recognize that our advisors often have other morning and/or evening obligations and cannot wait for children to be dropped off or picked up late. We kindly ask that families make arrangements to ensure their children are dropped off and picked up on time. Unlike the regular school day, we do not have additional support staff to assist with late arrivals or late pickups.
