Fall Conferences

For fall conferences, UES uses an online parent/teacher conference sign-up system called PTCfast. Please follow the directions below to sign up for a conference with your child’s teacher. If you signed up for previous conferences using this system, you should already be registered so the screen with the teachers’ names will come right up.

*If you did not sign up for past conferences using this system, then you will have to register on PTCfast.com using the link below, you will receive an email that will grant you access to the conference schedules of the teachers you request.

If you have multiple children at UES, you will be able to view the conference schedules for all homeroom teachers that you choose. The service will allow you to align times that are most convenient for you. Conference times are meant for homeroom teachers only. If you need a conference with other staff members, please reach out to them.

After you sign-up for conferences, you will receive confirmation emails and reminders from PTCfast regarding your conference time.

Please choose a conference time. If you want to have a google meeting (virtual), then please type “virtual” after your child’s last name (e.g., Last Name: Jones/Virtual).
If nothing is written, we will assume it is an in person conference.
If you cannot find a time that works for you within the teacher’s conference schedule, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a time.
